Your dog may be a Super Hero, but even Superman could crumble to kryptonite! All dogs flying in must have a vet book proving the following is done and up to date. Dogs that do not have their super powers up to date will not be allowed to land inside our galaxy. Reservations will be forfeited by the owner without any refund or compensation.

2. DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza & parvovirus
3. Bordetella (kennel cough)
4. A tick/flea treatment
- NEW DOGS MUST undergo a brief assessment to ensure they are super cool and well socialized. The assessment takes place on your dogs first check in and SUPERWOOF dog hotel and daycare reserves the power to refuse any dog who displays ‘villain’ behaviour
- Dogs must be in heroic health. (No coughing, vomiting or diarrhoea 48 hours prior to checking in.) Please inform us if your dog has been sick with any communicable disease within 30 days of your booking
- All dogs 6 months and older must be sterilized
- Sorry Batman, no pup younger than 3 months allowed
- All dogs must arrive with a SUPERWOOF dog hotel and daycare ID tag (a freebie on the first visit)
- Any food or medicine brought to SUPERWOOF dog hotel and daycare must be kept in an airtight container with the dog’s name and procedure clearly indicated
